Access Statement

Located in St Ives, we are found just above Porthmeor Beach on a quite private terrace. The nearest beach is Porthmeor, which is 500m down the hill - be prepared for a short but steep walk back up from the beach! The property is accessed via a short flight of steps. We have four bedrooms, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. There is stair-only access to all our guest rooms. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, with our first-floor sea-view room ('Porthcurno') also having a spa bath. All our rooms are carpeted.

Our breakfast room has spectacular views out over Porthmeor. The room has hardwood floors.

St Ives station is 0.6 miles away and a 15 minute walk with a steep hill as you approach our property. Alternatively you can get a taxi from the station, which should cost approximately £5. Although the town of St Ives is mostly paved, it has many winding streets and cobbled areas, making it charming but a little unsteady under foot at times.

We have space for three cars at Ten Ocean View, which are allocated to the rooms 'Nanjizel' (for 2016 only), 'Porthcurno' and 'Zennor'. For those staying in Lamorna (and 'Nanjizel' from 2017), parking is available in one of the many council car parks around St Ives, unless a space is free during their stay. We also have a lovely lawned garden overlooking the sea with a table and chairs that guests are welcome to use throughout the day. This is accessed via a short flight of steps down.
